0x Cancellation Policy
You may terminate or cancel monthly subscriptions to our services at any time and such termination or cancellation shall be effective upon the end of your current subscription term. Therefore, cancellation will be effective at the end of the month โ as such, upon cancelling you will have the same quota and apps until the end of the month.
You understand and agree that cancellation and termination of your subscription is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with us including, without limitation, any dispute related to, or arising out of: (i) any terms of the Agreement or our enforcement or application of the Agreement; (ii) any of our practices or policies, including, without limitation, our Privacy Policy, or our enforcement or application of these policies; (iii) the content available through the Services; (iv) your ability to access and/or use any the Services components; or (v) our fees or charges, surcharges, applicable taxes, or billing methods, or any change to our fees or charges, applicable taxes, or billing methods.
We reserve the right to collect fees, surcharges, or costs incurred before your cancellation takes effect.
You can cancel your subscription by contacting us and sending a cancellation request via the developer dashboard (log in and send a message from the widget on the bottom right-hand side.)
0x Refund Policy
Upon termination of your subscription, we shall refund you any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the term of all subscriptions after the effective date of termination.
In no event will any termination relieve you of the obligation to pay any fees payable to 0x for the period prior to the effective date of termination.
In general, refund eligibility will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 0x swap fees, however, are non-refundable.
